S’mores Pops

I’ve recently started a new addiction.

Hello, my name is Jessica and I’m addicted to Pinterest.
Hi Jessica.

About three weeks ago, I couldn’t sleep and decided to jump online at 3:30 AM. After about an hour and a half of pinning, and re-pining, and browsing boards, Ryan comes out and is supremely confused as to why his wife who should be sleeping next to him is on the computer in the middle of the night. I tried explaining it to him at the time and the half asleep/half murder/half I-don’t-give-a-%#&@ look I got in return shushed me up pretty quick. Well, during that delicious few hours I spent on Pinterest, I came across this idea. It’s ridiculously cute. Ridiculously easy. And time-consuming. The end result is a perfect little s’mores pop. And my little Buggies (who is addicted to marshmallows) ate about ten of these the day I made them. Shhh….don’t tell on me.

Ingredients:
1 bag of marshmallows
2 bags of chocolate chips
Graham cracker crumbs or whole graham crackers
Lolli-pop sticks

Directions:
Melt chocolate in a double boiler until melted but not hot. If you are using whole graham crackers because you are a mom and have millions of them in your house, then put them in your food processor and pulse until the crackers are crumbs. Dump graham cracker crumbs onto a plate. Push a lolli-pop stick into the marshmallow until it almost reaches the other end. Roll in the chocolate and then roll in the graham cracker crumbs. Lay the pop gently down on some wax paper until it hardens back up. Enjoy!
