Breakfast Berry Salad

This post is going to be short. And so is the recipe. I can’t write some long winded post and follow it with the shortest recipe on the planet.

For a minute I’d like to talk about my beautiful Pixie. Every since she was a baby, she’s had this muscular structure. I mean, she had full on shoulder muscles at six months. She had quads by a year. I’ve been told for 4 1/2 years that she needs to be in gymnastics because she has the body of a gymnast. Surprise, surprise…she’s in gymnastics as I type this post. But we also just finished swim class where my brave little Pixie jumped off the HIGH DIVE. And she loved it. Now all she wants to do is jump and dive into the pool. It makes her smile as bright as the sun and you can see her confidence in her abilities grow so strong with each jump. Which just makes me so proud and teary eyed. So what do you get when you combine a girl who is built like a gymnast and loves to dive into pool? Yep, you got it…An Olympic Diver. Can’t you see it?? She’d be following in the tiny footprints of her Aunt Annie (tiny because Annie barely clears 5 feet) and I couldn’t be happier than when my little one is happy.

On to fruit!

Ingredients:
1 mango, peeled and diced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries, diced
1 lime, juiced

Directions:
Add the fruit to a bowl, pour lime juice over the top, stir and devour.
